A beautiful par five and beginning stretch of four holes that run parallel to the mountains and the All-American Canal. Blast your drive down the left center. Check your distance remaining and resist trying to hit too much club on the second shot. This should be an easy lay up, played up the left center of the fairway leaving you with a comfortable wedge distance in. Your approach requires good distance control, over the canal to a narrow green that slopes from back to front. Try to leave it under the pin here to give yourself the best chance at birdie. |
