| Players who leave the ninth hole with a par will be gaining a stroke on the competition. The number one handicap hole begins with a most challenge tee shot with trouble lurking on both sides of the landing area. The ideal shot here is down the right center, just off of the left edge of the bunker. With the fairway sloping from right to left, balls that are hit left of center risk running into the hazard. Players are then faced with a long approach to a large, elevated green. Aim for the right front portion of this green to play it safe and give yourself a chance at par. |
