Chris Walkey was born in California but grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, until he, was 14 when he moved back to Carmel, CA. He attended high school in Carmel and then went on to the University of Arizona on scholarship. After college, Chris played professionally on the mini-tours for a few years before realizing his passion resides in learning and teaching golf. With over 30 years of teaching experience, Chris has worked with golfers of all levels, including top-ranked juniors, college players, and professionals on all major tours around the world. Chris has been rated as a top 50 teacher in California, recognized by Golf Digest for the last 18 years. Chris is on staff with Callaway as a Master Staff Professional (Emeritus). Always looking for a way to help his students learn and improve, Chris is also the inventor of several training aids marketed globally. Chris is widely recognized and acknowledged by his peers as a top teacher and a resource that many turn to for guidance. Chris has dedicated his career to learning and improving himself as a teacher and continues to do so.
