Blood Orange Menu at Morgan's
|
The Morgan's team is thrilled to introduce the next food festival menu. To welcome the month of February we will be celebrating the Blood Orange. The Moro "Blood Orange" has the deepest crimson to almost black coloration and delightful sweet raspberry flavor notes. It originated in the late 18th century in Sicily but is grown extensively in California. The red color or anthocyanin, is a powerful antioxidant that develops during the cool winter nighttime temperatures. We encourage you to join us for the best in farm-to -table cuisine by James Beard award-winning Chef Jimmy Schmidt and Chef de Cuisine Brian Recor.
Menu available February 1-13
