Greg Norman Course Update

As spring approaches, the Bermuda continues to grow, with moderate improvement on some greens. Although temperatures have been above normal for this time of year, Bermuda needs a sustained soil temperature of 65 degrees in order to grow and as yet, those temperatures have not been sustained. To assist the growth process, our current maintenance practices include:

Bi-weekly pencil tine of the greens

Increased fertilization and amendments to promote new growth

Top dressing and grooming to promote smoothness

The following rates will continue through March and be reevaluated in April.

We will remain diligent in our efforts and will continue to do what we can to get the greens back into PGA WEST conditions. The back range tee has started to fill in and is now open for Members.
