Dear Par Tee Players,

The long wait is almost over. We will be kicking off our 2016 – 2017 Season this month with 100 Par Tee Players!!!

Opening Day: Thursday, November 17th
Our Opening Day Scramble, Luncheon, & General Meeting will be Thursday, November 17th. Check-in begins at 7:30 with a shotgun start at 8:30 on the Nick Private course. The luncheon and the general meeting will follow immediately in the Ballroom of the Private Clubhouse. I hope you can join us!

Signup online beginning November 9th. Click on the “Sign-Up for Par Tee Events Here” on the Par Tee website. This will take you directly to the Registration page. If you choose, you can still register online as you did last Season, but I think you will agree this new way is faster and easier.

One of our Par Tee Board Members will be contacting you to get you your pre-ordered Par Tee team shirt. Please, wear your team shirt on Opening Day, if you have one. If you want to order one now, please see ordering information below in this Newsletter.

Welcome Back Par Tee Fiesta! Saturday, November 19th
My husband and I are happy to host our Par Tee Opening Party for all of our 100 Par Tee Players and their spouse/significant other at our home on Saturday, November 19th. Come and share your summer adventures, rekindle Par Tee friendships, make new friends, and meet our 18 new members! Come and enjoy some wine, beer, and Sangria and bring your favorite heavy appetizer to share. The fun begins at 5:30 pm! Look for the Party flyer in a separate email.

Team Shirts
The Par Tee Players have a new team shirt to wear for some of our Par Tee events, such as Opening Day, and when we play at other Clubs in the Coachella Valley. The team shirt is an optional choice, but once you see it, you will want one! We usually wear them for two seasons. The sleeveless team shirt costs $70, plus $5.60 tax and the short sleeve team shirt is $75, plus $6 tax. If you want to purchase one, please contact Elaine Newbrough, who is the owner of Reversible Golf and Resortwear in Palm Desert and let her know that you want to order one of our Par Tee team shirts.
