Guest Play Policy
PGA WEST Management and your Advisory Board of Governors have changed the Guest Policy for your PGA WEST Golf Courses. Effective immediately, the new policy for guest play and the time frame in which they can play will change to the following:
• Guest Policy November 1 through April 30 – Private Courses
(Palmer, Nicklaus Private, Weiskopf)
Between the hours of 7:00am and 8:30am, one (1) guest is allowed per group.
Between the hours of 8:30am and 9:30am, one (1) guest per Member with a max of two (2) guests in a foursome.
After 9:30am, a Member can bring up to three (3) guests per foursome.
• Guest Policy May 1 through Overseeding – Private Courses
(Palmer, Nicklaus Private, Weiskopf)
Members may bring guests at any time on the Private Courses.
• Guest policy Resort Courses (TPC Stadium, Nicklaus Tournament, Norman)
Members may bring guests at any time throughout the year on the Resort Courses.
• Premier Family Guests receive a 25% discount off the Member guest rate. Family members eligible for the discount include grandparents, parents, children over 25 years of age, son-in-law, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. Please note: brothers, sisters, cousins and other extended family will be considered guests of Members, and will be charged the appropriate guest rate.
• Sponsored/Unaccompanied Guests may play any day of the week after 12:00pm on the Private Courses between November 1 and April 30. During the summer months (June 1 – September 30), earlier tee times are available for sponsored guests at the discretion of the Director of Golf or Head Golf Professional. Tee times for sponsored guests should be made through the Director of Golf or the Head Professional on their respective courses.
•Twilight times during the season are 3 ½ hours prior to sunset.
