“How to Select, Brine, Season and Roast Turkey” led by La Quinta Resort & Club Executive Chef Stephen Strickland
Saturday, November 6, 2010 3:00pm - 4:00pm $10 for PGA WEST Members
Held at The Resort’s Main Kitchen, this one-hour interactive cooking demo will be conducted by three La Quinta Resort & Club Chefs and participants will sip La Quinta Nectar and be given tastes as well as recipes to take home. Each class is limited to 25 people.
